Illustration for Pete Waterman's 'Making Tracks 3' event at Chester Cathedral - July 26th until September 2nd

Pete Waterman’s new 64 foot long ‘OO’ gauge model railway layout of Milton Keynes station is an epic project and was on public display at Chester Cathedral from July 26th until September 2nd.

I was asked by the organisers of Making Tracks 3 to produce an illustration to mark this event and this is now available from my website as a Limited Edition print.

There are only one hundred signed prints in the edition, with the first fifty also signed by Pete Waterman.

The illustration features a pair of Freightliner Class 90s alongside a Class 390 Pendolino and Class 350 Desiro – all three trains feature on the Making Tracks 3 layout.

An exhibition of some of my modern image railway illustration work was on display as part of the ‘Making Tracks 3’ event inside the Cathedral.

Vintage Corner - London Transport Museum Poster

From time to time I will be adding some of my older stuff here.

This one is from a long time ago and was a poster I illustrated for London Underground. It was posted across parts of the network and was promoting the London Transport Museum.

They were also available in the museum shop.

This was an airbrush illustration, the original is hanging on the wall in my studio. Since scanning I have tidied up a few rough edges.
